This week I have been learning about Hauora.
I have been watching videos about getting outside and doing different exercises that make you fit and gets your body moving.
So I picked 6 exercise moves that you can do, back to back with no rest.
Jumping Jacks x 10
Shuttle Runs x 10
Bear Crawl x 2
Squat Claps x 10
Hopping between points x 2 (1 leg then 2 legs)
Sit-up Claps x 10
My favorite exercise was the SIT-UPS because it was also fun to clap hands with my mum while exercising.
